The LOTR Community Gen-Fic Group's new monthly Challenge Stories were posted today! We'd love to have you all stop over and take a look! If you do, please leave the authors some FB, if you would. That will certainly help everyone to stay motivated and keep contributing. As all of us who write are aware, just a quick "I liked it" is so encouraging to hear.
Thank you!

The Community Burrow

  • Apr. 24th, 2008 at 9:57 AM
This was your idea!
The Community Group's Bunny Burrow needs some help in getting its members active and excited about what we do again! Please come over and check out our site. This is a sister group with the purpose of providing a place for authors and readers to post story requests, wish lists, ideas, plot bunnies, create brainstorming partnerships, discuss character development, chat about LOTR tales, etc, etc, etc!!!
Basically, anything related to creating great Fanfic!

So, if you have an idea you've been dying to discuss with like-minded folks, a story you yearn to see written, a collection of plotbunnies you'd love to share, questions about LOTR lore, inquiries about how to write elvish, confused over where in ME is Michel Delving, want to talk about impressions from the books or movies......well, I think you get the idea! This group welcomes all of that. You are also welcome to post portions of, *or* entire stories or works in progress (with appropriate warnings if needed!) for comments, discussions, or help with writing.

We include all LOTR genres and ratings, so if you want to discuss any type of fic, any ratings, please join us and help us get our fledgling little community moving in the direction we intended!

Some wonderfully prolific people have been regularly posting their story requests and bunnies there already. You will also find some bunnies that came from Shirebound's most excellent site, that have been reposted there with her permission.
Thanks!
